Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Plymouth College of Art (Transfer to the Higher Education Sector) Order 2014 and comes into force on 4th July 2014.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England.

On 4th July 2014 Plymouth College of Art is transferred to the higher education sector.
