Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Fuel and Electricity (Heating) (Control) (Revocations) Order 2014 and comes into force on 9th July 2014.

Section 2Revocations

The following Orders are revoked—
(a) the Fuel and Electricity (Heating) (Control) Order 1974 ;
(b) the Fuel and Electricity (Heating) (Control) (Amendment) Order 1980 .
