Section 1

This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) Order 2014 and comes into force on 27th June 2014.

Section 2

(1) Each of the names specified in paragraph (2), being names that are not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for both Al Ghurabaa and The Saved Sect, being organisations listed in that Schedule .
(2) Those names are—
(a) Need4Khilafah,
(b) the Shariah Project, and
(c) Islamic Dawah Association.
