Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2 Proscribed organisations

In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations) , after the entry for Ansar al Sharia – Tunisia, insert the following entries—

Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham) (Dawat al Islamiya fi Iraq wa al Sham (DAISh))

Turkiye Halk Kurtulus Partisi-Cephesi (Turkish People’s Liberation Party) (The Hasty Ones) (Mukavamet Suriye)

Kateeba al-Kawthar (Ajnad al-sham) (Junud ar-Rahman al Muhajireen)

Abdallah Azzam Brigades, including the Ziyad al-Jarrah Battalions

Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command.
