Section 2Appointed day for the Code of Practice
The Code of Practice on handling in a reasonable manner requests to work flexibly comes into effect on 30th June 2014.
Section 3Transitional provision
The Code of Practice on handling in a reasonable manner requests to work flexibly does not have effect in relation to an application under section 80F of the Employment Rights Act 1996 made on or before 29th June 2014.
