Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Intellectual Property Act 2014 (Commencement Order No.1) Order 2014.

Section 2Interpretation

In this Order “ the Act ” means the Intellectual Property Act 2014.

Section 3Commencement

The day appointed for the coming into force of section 10(2) of the Act for the purposes of appointing the appointed person under sections 27A(1)(a) and 27B of the Registered Designs Act 1949 is 15th July 2014.
