Section 1Citation and commencement
These Regulations may be cited as the Marriage of Same Sex Couples (Registration of Buildings and Appointment of Authorised Persons) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st September 2014.

Section 2Amendments
The Marriage of Same Sex Couples (Registration of Buildings and Appointment of Authorised Persons) Regulations 2014 , are amended as follows—
(a) in regulation 4(2)(d)(ii), for “£120.00”, substitute “£123.00”; and
(b) in regulation 9(e), for “£120.00” , substitute “£123.00”.
