Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Housing Renewal Grants (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2014 and shall come into force on 13th August 2014.

Section 2Application

These Regulations apply to applications for grants which fall to be approved on or after 13th August by local housing authorities in England.

Section 3Amendment of the Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996

The Housing Renewal Grants Regulations 1996 are amended as follows:

(1) In regulation 19(9B)(a)(iv) after “…section 35” insert “or 35B”.
