Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Housing (Right to Buy) (Limit on Discount) (England) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 20th July 2014.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only .

Section 2Amendment

For article 4 of the Housing (Right to Buy) (Limit on Discount) (England) Order 2014 , substitute—
(4) Subject to article 3(2)—
(a) article 3 of the Housing (Right to Buy) (Limit on Discount) (England) Order 2012; and
(b) the Housing (Right to Buy) (Limit on Discount) (England) Order 2013
are revoked.
