Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Licensing Authority) Order 2014 and comes into force on 14th August 2014.

Section 2Designation as a licensing authority

The Institute of Chartered Accountants in England and Wales is designated as a licensing authority in relation to probate activities .
