Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the School Governance (Constitution and Federations) (England) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 31st August 2014.

Section 2Amendment

(1) The School Governance (Constitution and Federations) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 1, for “regulations 2 and 3” substitute “regulations 2(2) and (3), and 3(2), (3) and (4)”.
