This Order may be cited as the Prospects College of Advanced Technology (Incorporation) Order 2014 and comes into force on 31st August 2014.

Section 2
There is established a body corporate called “Prospects College of Advanced Technology” for the purpose of establishing and conducting as from the operative date an existing educational institution called “Prospects College”.
Section 3
The operative date in relation to the further education corporation established by this Order is 1st September 2014.
