Section 1 Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Motor Vehicles (Tests) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st October 2014.

Section 2 Amendment of Regulations

The Motor Vehicles (Tests) Regulations 1981 are amended as follows.

Section 3 Fees for examinations

(1) Regulation 20 is amended as follows.

(2) In paragraph (1)(e)(i), for “£132” substitute “£128”.

(3) In paragraph (1)(e)(ii), for “£139” substitute “£163”.

(4) In paragraph (1)(ea)(i), for “£106” substitute “£103”.

(5) In paragraph (1)(ea)(ii), for “£111” substitute “£127”.

(6) In paragraph (4) in the Table, for each amount specified both in that Table and in column (a) in the following Table in relation to each type of fee, substitute the amount specified in column (b) of the following Table in relation to that amount.
