Section 1Citation, application and commencement

This Order—
(a) may be cited as the Control of Noise (Code of Practice on Noise from Audible Intruder Alarms) (Revocation) (England) Order 2014;
(b) applies in England; and
(c) comes into force on 1st October 2014.

Section 2Revocation

The Control of Noise (Code of Practice on Noise from Audible Intruder Alarms) Order 1981 is revoked.
