Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) (No. 2) Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is laid before Parliament.

The Proscribed Organisations (Name Changes) (No. 2) Order 2014
Section 2
Islamic State (Dawlat al Islamiya), being a name that is not specified in Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000, is to be treated as another name for the organisation listed in that Schedule as Islamic State of Iraq and the Levant (Islamic State of Iraq and al-Sham) (Dawat al Islamiya fi Iraq wa al Sham (DAISh)) .
