Section 1Citation, commencement and extent

(1) This Order may be cited as the Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) (Amendment) (No. 2) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 19th September 2014.

(2) This Order extends to England and Wales only.

Section 2Amendment of Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007

(1) The Serious Organised Crime and Police Act 2005 (Designated Sites under Section 128) Order 2007 is amended as follows.
(2) For Schedule 5 substitute—
The GCHQ Scarborough Site
