Section 1 Title, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Bathing Water (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st October 2014.

(2) These Regulations apply to England.

Section 2 Amendment of Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013

(1) Part 1 of Schedule 2 to the Bathing Water Regulations 2013 is amended as follows

(2) In the appropriate places, insert the following—

(a) “Ainsdale”;

(b) “Allonby”;

(c) “Crinnis”;

(d) “Henleaze Lake”;

(e) “Shoreham Beach”;

(f) “Shorthorn”;

(g) “Southsea East”.

(3) Omit the following—

(a) “Askam-in-Furness”;

(b) “Crinnis Golf Links”;

(c) “Crinnis Leisure Centre”;

(d) “Roan Head”

(e) “Southsea”.
