Section 1 Citation

This Order may be cited as the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 7 and Amendment) Order 2014.

Section 2 Provisions coming into force on the date after the day on which this Order is made

Section 72(4) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to, the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (consequential provision) so far as relating to the Public Contracts (Scotland) Regulations 2012 come into force on the day after the day on which this Order is made.

Section 3 Amendment of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2013

In article 4(1) of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 1, Transitional Provisions and Savings) Order 2013 , omit sub-paragraph (b).

Section 4 Amendment of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 4 and Saving Provision) Order 2013

For article 3A of the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 (Commencement No. 4 and Saving Provision) Order 2013 substitute—

Provisions coming into force on 31st December 2014

(3A) Section 72(4) of, and paragraph 2 of Schedule 20 to, the Enterprise and Regulatory Reform Act 2013 so far as relating to sections 13 and 14 of the Agricultural Wages Act 1948 come into force in relation to England on 31st December 2014.
