Section 2Interpretation
In this Order “the 2014 Act ” means the Children and Families Act 2014.
Section 3Provision coming into force on 22nd October 2014
Section 11 of the 2014 Act comes into force on 22nd October 2014 subject to the transitional provision in Article 4.
Section 4Transitional provision in relation to the coming into force of section 11 of the 2014 Act
Section 11 of the 2014 Act does not apply in respect of any family proceedings (to which the provisions amended by section 11 relate) that were commenced but not disposed of prior to 22nd October 2014.
