These Regulations may be cited as the Further Education Loans (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 7th March 2014.

Section 2Amendment of Further Education Loans Regulation 2012
The Further Education Loans Regulations 2012 are amended in accordance with regulations 3 and 4.
Section 3Designated Courses
In paragraph (1) of regulation 4 of the Further Education Loans Regulations 2012 omit sub-paragraphs (g) and (h).
Section 4Period of Eligibility
In paragraph (3) of regulation 5 of the Further Education Loans Regulations 2012 omit sub-paragraphs (g) and (h).
