Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Legal Services Act 2007 (Approved Regulator) (No.2) Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Designation of approved regulator

The Chartered Institute of Legal Executives is designated as an approved regulator in relation to—
(a) reserved instrument activities; and
(b) probate activities .
