Section 1Application, citation and commencement

These Regulations, which apply in relation to England only, may be cited as the Mobile Homes (Site Rules) (England) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 19th December 2014.

Section 2Amendment of the Mobile Homes (Site Rules) (England) Regulations 2014

(1) The Mobile Homes (Site Rules) (England) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.

(2) In regulation 10(3), after “writing” omit “and provide the owner with a copy of the application made,”.
