Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Covert Surveillance and Property Interference: Code of Practice) Order 2014 and shall come into force 21 days after the date on which the Order is made.

The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Covert Surveillance and Property Interference: Code of Practice) Order 2014
Section 2
The Code of Practice entitled “Covert Surveillance and Property Interference”, laid before each House of Parliament in draft on 22nd July 2014, relating to the carrying out of covert surveillance under Part 2 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000 and to interference with property or wireless telegraphy under section 5 of the Intelligence Services Act 1994 and Part 3 of the Police Act 1997, shall come into force on the date on which this Order comes into force.
