This Order may be cited as the Traffic Management (Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council) Permit Scheme Order 2014 and comes into force on 2nd February 2015.

Section 2Interpretation
In this Order—
“the Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council Permit Scheme” means the permit scheme set out in the Schedule to this Order which was prepared and submitted to the Secretary of State by Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council and has been approved by the Secretary of State; and
“specified streets” has the meaning given by regulation 8 of the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007 .
Section 3Commencement of Permit Scheme
The Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council Permit Scheme comes into effect on 2nd February 2015.
Section 4Application of Part 8 of the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007
Part 8 of the Traffic Management Permit Scheme (England) Regulations 2007 shall apply to the specified streets within the Sefton Metropolitan Borough Council Permit Scheme.
