Section 1
This Order may be cited as the Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Covert Human Intelligence Sources: Code of Practice) Order 2014 and shall come into force 21 days after the date on which the Order is made.

The Regulation of Investigatory Powers (Covert Human Intelligence Sources: Code of Practice) Order 2014
Section 2
The Code of Practice entitled “Covert Human Intelligence Sources”, laid before each House of Parliament in draft on 22nd July 2014, relating to the conduct and use of covert human intelligence sources under Part 2 of the Regulation of Investigatory Powers Act 2000, shall come into force on the date on which this Order comes into force.
