Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) (Amendment) Rules Order of Council 2014 and comes into force on 1st February 2015.

Section 2 Council approval

Their Lordships, having taken these Rules into consideration, are pleased to and do approve them.

These Rules may be cited as the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) (Amendment) Rules 2014 and shall come into force on 1st February 2015.

Section 2 Amendment to the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) Rules 2004

In the table in rule 3 (fees) of the Nursing and Midwifery Council (Fees) Rules 2004 —

(a) in the entry in column (3) of rows (a), (e), (f) and (i), for “£100” substitute “£120”;

(b) in the entry in column (3) of row (b), for “£133” substitute “£153”.
