These Regulations may be cited as the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 30th December 2014.

Section 2Amendment of the Public Service (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) Regulations 1986
(1) Regulation 3(1)(a) of the Public Service Vehicles (Traffic Commissioners: Publication and Inquiries) Regulations 1986 is amended as follows.
(2) In sub-paragraph (iv), after “served;” insert “and”.
(3) In sub-paragraph (v) delete the second occurrence of the word “and”.
(4) Omit sub-paragraph (vi).
