Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Terrorism Act 2000 (Proscribed Organisations) (Amendment) (No. 3) Order 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2 Proscribed organisations

In Schedule 2 to the Terrorism Act 2000 (proscribed organisations) , after the entry for Popular Front for the Liberation of Palestine – General Command, insert the following entries—

Ansar al-Sharia-Benghazi (Partisans of Islamic Law)

Ajnad Misr (Soldiers of Egypt)

Jaysh al Khalifatu Islamiya (Army of the Islamic Caliphate) (Majahideen of the Caucasus and the Levant)
