Section 1 Citation, commencement and extent

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Civil Aviation (Miscellaneous Revocations) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 5th January 2015.

(2) Regulation 2 extends to Northern Ireland only .

Section 2 Revocations

The following instruments are revoked—

(a) The Civil Aviation (Personnel Licences) Order 1992 , and

(b) The Civil Aviation (Personnel Licences) Order 1992 (Amendment) Regulations 1994 .

Section 3 Revocations

The Procurement of Air Navigation Equipment (Technical Specifications) Regulations 1997 are revoked.
