Section 1Citation and commencement

This Scheme may be cited as the Heathrow and Gatwick Airports—London Noise Insulation Grants (Revocations) Scheme 2014 and comes into force on 5th January 2015.

Section 2Revocations

The following instruments are revoked—
(a) The Heathrow Airport—London Noise Insulation Grants Scheme 1989 ; and
(b) The Gatwick Airport—London Noise Insulation Grants Scheme 1989 .
