Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Railways and Rail Vehicles (Revocations and Consequential Amendments) Order 2014 and comes into force on 5th January 2015.

Section 2 Revocations

The Orders listed in Schedule 2 are revoked.

Section 3 Amendment of Order

(1) The Rail Vehicle Accessibility (Croydon Tramlink Class CR4000 Vehicles) Exemption Order 2001 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 4 insert “and” at the end of paragraph (2)(b).

(3) Omit articles 4(2)(c), 7, 7A and 9.
