Section 1Citation and commencement

This Scheme may be cited as the Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) (Amendment) Scheme 2014 and comes into force on the day after the day on which it is made.

Section 2Amendment of the Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) Scheme 2012

For paragraph 13(3)(b) of the Fishing Boats (Satellite-Tracking Devices and Electronic Reporting) (England) Scheme 2012 , substitute—

(b) if a payment has already been made under this Part in respect of the installation of approved software on the boat, unless the application relates to the updating of that software
