Section 1Citation, commencement and expiry

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the National Health Service (Mandate Requirements) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 1st April 2015.

(2) These Regulations cease to have effect at the end of 31st March 2016.

Section 2Mandate requirements

The requirements set out in paragraphs 2.11 and 2.12 of the mandate to the National Health Service Commissioning Board published by the Secretary of State on 11th December 2014 and laid before Parliament on that date have effect.
