Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Billing Authorities (Anticipation of Precepts) (Amendment) (England) Regulations 2014 and shall come into force on 13th February 2014.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

Section 2Amendment of Regulations

(1) The Billing Authorities (Anticipation of Precepts) Regulations 1992 are amended in accordance with paragraph (2) below.

(2) In regulation 1(2) (citation, commencement and interpretation) in the definition of “calculations” for “section 32” substitute “section 31A”.
