Section 1Citation, commencement and effect

(1) This Order may be cited as the Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003 (Amendment to SAYE Option Schemes Contributions Limit) Order 2014 and comes into force on 19th March 2014.

(2) This Order has effect from 6th April 2014.

Section 2Increase in the contributions limit for SAYE option schemes

(1) The Income Tax (Earnings and Pensions) Act 2003 is amended as follows.

(2) In Schedule 3, in paragraph 25(3)(a) for “£250” substitute “£500”.
