These Regulations may be cited as the Copyright and Duration of Rights in Performances (Amendment) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 6th April 2014.

Section 2Amendment to the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988
In section 191HA(1) of the Copyright, Designs and Patents Act 1988 , after “a performer has” insert “by an agreement”.
