Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the HIV Testing Kits and Services (Revocation) (England) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 6th April 2014.

Section 2Revocation

The HIV Testing Kits and Services Regulations 1992 are revoked in relation to England only.
