Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Statutory Sick Pay (Maintenance of Records) (Revocation) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 6th April 2014.

Section 2Revocation

Regulation 13 of the Statutory Sick Pay (General) Regulations 1982 (records to be maintained by employers) is revoked.
