Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the NHS Direct National Health Service Trust (Dissolution) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1st April 2014.

Section 2Dissolution of NHS trust

(1) The NHS Direct National Health Service Trust is dissolved.

(2) The NHS Direct National Health Service Trust (Establishment) Order 2007 is revoked.
