Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 6th April 2014.

Section 2Amendment to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013

In regulation 14 of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 omit paragraph (2).
