Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) This Order may be cited as the Town and Country Planning (Revocations) Order 2014 and comes into force on 14th April 2014.

(2) This Order applies in relation to England only.

Section 2Revocations

The Orders listed in column 1 of the table in the Schedule are revoked to the extent specified in the corresponding entry in column 3 of that table.
