Section 1Citation

This Order may be cited as the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2014.

Section 2Appointed day for the coming into force of section 140(4) to (6) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013

Section 140(4) to (6) (recovery of expenditure incurred by Office for Legal Complaints) of the Financial Services (Banking Reform) Act 2013 comes into force on 21st March 2014.
