Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) (No. 3) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 5th April 2014.

Section 2Amendments to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2014

The Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2014 are amended as follows.

Section 3Amendments to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2014

In regulation 2, after “regulation 6(5)” insert “of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013 ”.

Section 4Amendments to the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) (Amendment) Regulations 2014

In regulation 3, after “regulation 8(2)(a)” insert “of the Employment Tribunals (Constitution and Rules of Procedure) Regulations 2013”.
