This Order may be cited as the HGV Road User Levy (Exemption of Specified Roads) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1 st April 2014.

The HGV Road User Levy Act 2013 does not apply to the roads specified in the Schedule.
Section 1
In England, the M6 Toll road.
Section 2
In Northern Ireland—
(1) the A37; and
(2) the two sections of A3 to the west of Clones.
