Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) (Amendment) Order 2014 and comes into force on 1 st April 2014.

Section 2Amendment of the Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) Order 2009

(1) The Road Safety (Financial Penalty Deposit) (Appropriate Amount) Order 2009 is amended as follows.
(2) In Part 1 of Schedule 1, after Table 8 (Goods Vehicles (Licensing of Operators) Act 1995), add—
The HGV Road User Levy Act 2013
