Section 1Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) (Amendment) Order 2014 and shall come into force on 31st March 2014.

Section 2Amendment to the Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2012

(1) The Protection of Freedoms Act 2012 (Commencement No. 3) Order 2012 is amended as follows.

(2) In article 13, for “31st March 2014” substitute “31st December 2015”.
