Section 1 Citation and commencement

This Order may be cited as the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (Judicial Review) (England and Wales) Fees (Amendment) Order 2014 and comes into force on 22nd April 2014.

Section 2 Amendment to the Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (Judicial Review) (England and Wales) Fees Order 2011

(1) The Upper Tribunal (Immigration and Asylum Chamber) (Judicial Review) (England and Wales) Fees Order 2011 is amended as follows.

(2) In the table in Schedule 1 (fees to be take in immigration judicial review proceedings)—

(a) at fee 1.1 in the right hand column, for “£60” substitute “£140”;

(b) at fee 1.1(a) in the right hand column, for “£215” substitute “£350”;

(c) in the note to fee 1.1(a) for “fee 1.2 is not payable.” substitute “the amount payable under fee 1.2 is £350.”;

(d) at fee 1.2 in the right hand column, for “£215” substitute “£700”;

(e) at fee 1.3 in the right hand column, for “£60” substitute “£140”.
