Section 1Citation and commencement

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) (Amendment) Regulations 2014.

(2) They come into force on 20th May 2014.

Section 2Amendment of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976

In regulation 8(1) of the Social Security (Invalid Care Allowance) Regulations 1976 (circumstances in which a person is or is not to be treated as gainfully employed), for “£100”, in both places where it occurs, substitute “£102”.
