Section 1Citation and commencement

These Regulations may be cited as the Recovery of Costs (Remand to Youth Detention Accommodation) (Amendment) (No. 2) Regulations 2014 and come into force on 20th May 2014.

Section 2Amendment to the Recovery of Costs (Remand to Youth Detention Accommodation) Regulations 2013

Regulation 3(5) of the Recovery of Costs (Remand to Youth Detention Accommodation) Regulations 2013 is amended as follows—
(a) in sub-paragraph (c), after “2014” insert “(but before 20th May 2014)”; and
(b) after sub-paragraph (c) insert—
(d) on or after 20th May 2014, £533.
