Section 1Citation, commencement and application

(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Landlord and Tenant (Notices) (Revocations) (England) Regulations 2015 and come into force on 4th February 2015.

(2) These Regulations apply in relation to England only.

Section 2Revocations

The following instruments are revoked in England—
(a) The Landlord and Tenant (Notices) Regulations 1957 ; and
(b) The Landlord and Tenant (Notices) Regulations 1967 .
